Overcharged again'!!!!!!

I am on premium but for the last 3 months 2 payments have been taken out of my bank account one at the start of the month for 9.99 which is what I have signed up for and another 2 weeks later for 14.99 , last month I posted a message and was told it would be dealt with which it hasn't been. I am beginning to lose patience with this app as it is so hard to contact anyone

In this case, it sounds like you have a second Spotify account where you also have a Premium subscription. Don't worry. You can find this account following the steps here.

Sorry so long getting back but no I don't have a second account but was at the bank again today and it looks like someone has used my card to pay for there subscription, the bank again said that it has to be cancelled by Spotify
