Paid for premium but still playing free mod

I have paid for three months automotically via my gsm operator vodafone but still my spotify account seems free mod and i couldn't fix it. I don't know how can i solve this problem.

Could you confirm with Vodafone that you're logging into Spotify with the correct information? The most likely issue is that they are actually paying for Premium on a different Spotify account.
