Paid without subscription

Hi

My spotify has been logout early Jan and i cannot login after. But the when i connected using facebook with the same account it logged in. But, it became a new account. all my subscription before has gone. My problem now, i still  be charged monthly for the subscription i made before which i cant even use it. Please help. Try to reach spotify but not sure how. i dont want to spend money on nothing. Thanksssssss

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

Also be sure to check the following:

• Log out and back into your account
• Check the status of your subscription
• Check the status of your payment
• Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
