Summary of Issue
I recently purchased a Spotify Duo Plan as my partner and I moved in together and it only made sense to consolidate or plan. We both changed our address to our new home and I sent her the link to join the duo plan. When she was prompted to sign into her account through the embedded link, she selected sign in through Facebook as that is what her account exists through. Facebook displayed an error that for security reasons it would not allow her to sign in through an embedded link. There seems to be no other way that I have found to add her. We tried to use the link through: Sms, Messenger, and Email and all gave the same error.

Hi there @Kinglear73!
It's worth checking with your partner if she:
She won't be able to accept your invite in these cases, so she needs to either leave the current plan (this can be done from her account page), or cancel the subscription and wait until her account switches to Free.
If you need any further assistance, you can reach out to the folks over at Customer Support as they can take a closer look at this and provide you with more insight on the matter.
Hope this info was helpful. The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.
Cheers!

Hi,
I have the same problem, if my wife took a free plan and accept my invite, she subscribe to his own duo plan.
Can you help me ?
Thanks for all,
Hi @Vrops,
All your wife needs to do is accept the invite and give the same address as you have selected. Then she will be added as a member. This will not forward her to start her own Duo plan, but if she already had one, she has to cancel it first as mentioned above.
Hope this helps.
My wife has set up a separate account and on a free trial , when she accepts my invite nothing happens??
