My Question or Issue

I’ve used Spotify from long time ago, my payment always was through my phone bill company, however it says it’s error to process the payment, so I tried already to pay with 2 different cards and none works. 
help I can’t live without music 😞

I recommend that you try updating your payment method in an incognito/private tab or on a different device using this link.

 

I also recommend that you double-check that everything is OK with your payment method. You can check this article on the support page for more details.
