My Question or Issue

Hi, I applied for my premium student account about a month ago, and noticed an error saying that my payment was declined yesterday. I am using a VISA gift card I received, which I made sure has the required funds in it. I have tried updating my information, and it won't accept it. Am I not allowed to pay using gift cards?

Gift cards aren't valid as a payment method on Premium for Students.

Make sure to read all about the plans requirements on this official support page.
