Vodafone Premium Contact - change to spotify help!

Vodafone Premium Contact - change to spotify help!

My Vodafone Premium Spotify subscription expires on this month.

To access Spotify Premium after my contract ends and not be linked to the Vodafone account, would I need to cancel the Vodafone subscription and then will I be able to subscribe direct with Spotify?

Also will I be able to keep my original account (and playlists and downloads) or can they be restored if there is an issue?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.


Just like you thought, the right thing to do in this case would be to cancel with Vodafone first and then subscribe with Spotify 🙂


To answer your second question, rest assured that your music library won't be affected in the process. In fact, you'll be able to log in, play tunes and access all your saved music and playlists (or easily download any of them once you're on Premium).
