My Question or Issue

I have premium paid up to February next year.  Everything had been working fine for years until this week, suddenly the app thinks I'm not subscribed.  All saved music deleted.  I'm definitely using the correct account, and it definitely has premium.  Logged out and back in, deleted cache etc, no luck.  Please help, I have a 13 hour flight tomorrow!

Hi @FulcrumNZ, welcome to the community!

 

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as Free or Premium?

If it shows as Premium, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account. In this case please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps!

It says Premium. It's working on the PC, just the android app isn't allowing access to any premium features.

Ok @FulcrumNZ,

 

So if you don't have a second account, please try reinstalling the app.

 

Then open it and let me know if it says Premium in settings (upper right corner - account).

Uninstalled the app, restarted phone, downloaded and installed the app.  Still no premium.  When I try to download some music it just says "you've discovered a Premium feature!  Get Premium" down the bottom.

I've just found out that there's an Ongoing Issue about this. Here's a link.

 

You can follow the thread and give any information that might be helpful. I'm sure they'll soon solve it!
