My Question

I keep getting notified that my Spotify premium subscription is ending in a few days (February 17, I guess). Shouldn’t it be set to automatically renew/charge me each month like it has been? Also, this month will mark a year since I started paying for premium, if that has anything to do with it. Why is this happening? I don’t want to end my subscription. Any help would be appreciated.

@Billy-J, It says on the link you sent that my next bill is on 2/18/2021 through PayPal, but I also received this email yesterday, as seen in the screenshot I attached. I also received a notification while using the app earlier saying something similar to the email, but was unable to get a screenshot of it. I’m just a little confused.

My Question or Issue

Why do I have to make manual payments each month to maintain my family account? Very inconvenient. Am I doing something wrong?
