I have registered to spotify premium yesterday at 11:00 am (GMT+8), and was expecting to see “Premium” on my subscription status today. I paid via credit/bank account. But why am I not registered yet? Please help.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties. I would recommend logging off and loggin back in to your account. Sometimes it need to resync to gather all the information. If that doesnt work let me know.

I have tried logging out and logging back in since yesterday but still nothing. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn’t work too. I’m really frustrated right now.
