My Question or Issue

i got premium 15 days ago

and it is paid for for 6 months

but when i tried to use it today is was not working

and i tried loging in and out and even deleting the app but nothing is helping to get my premium thats already paid for back

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, we'd recommend making sure that the purchase of the Premium plan went through correctly. To do it, you can:

  • Go to the order history of your account. There, you can check if recent charges were made and make sure everything is in order.
  • Check your back statement to see if charges were applied. If you're seeing a Spotify charge, we'd recommend you check their status. If the payments are pending or in process, it'd be a good idea to reach out to your bank for further insights.
  • Take a look at your email inbox to see if you got confirmation of your new Premium plan.

If you don't find any signs of your payment being correctly applied, then it might be possible that the Premium was never applied to your account.

 

If you noticed charges were applied correctly, but your account is on free service, then it might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account. You can check this article to find out if perhaps you have another account.
