My Question or Issue


I have paid the amount of 119.88 Euro for my Spotify subscription for 1 year on 23 March 2019. To my surprise, I have noticed that you started billing me after just 8 months, although I still have 4 months before I need to start paying for my Spotify account.   

Can you please check what went wrong?


Ik heb voor mijn abonnement van Spotify voor  1 jaar op 23 maart 2019 het bedrag van 119,88 Euro betaald.   Tot mijn grote verbazing heb ik gemerkt dat jullie mij na amper 8 maanden al terug factureren!!  De 12 maanden zijn nog niet verstreken en ik heb dus nog 4 maanden te goed.

Kunnen jullie eens nakijken of hier geen fout is gebeurd?
