My Question or Issue

My payment for premium went out on the 10th March but it has been requesting payment again since around the 31st March. Why is it before the 10th April please?

Hey @Dan7777 ,

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

 

You can check when you've initially started your subscription to confirm when the payments should be due (you get a confirmation email).

 

If there's been an issue with a previous payment that had led to delayed payment, this can cause the next payment to appear sooner than 30 days after that.


I recommend making sure that you always have sufficient funds and that your payment method is in a good state on your renewal date 🙂
