My Question or Issue
I reset my password for Spotify and now I can't log back in despite typing in correct details (username and password). The Error code 3 is displayed.
In the password reset email it stated my username was a series of numbers, so I tried loggin in with that, which worked but it stated I only have Spotify Free - while I'm paying for Premium.
Yet on my desktop i am still logged in and it is stating I ahve Premium. I need to log back in with my Laptop ASAP.
