My Question or Issue

I reset my password for Spotify and now I can't log back in despite typing in correct details (username and password). The Error code 3 is displayed.


In the password reset email it stated my username was a series of numbers, so I tried loggin in with that, which worked but it stated I only have Spotify Free - while I'm paying for Premium.


 Yet on my desktop i am still logged in and it is stating I ahve Premium. I need to log back in with my Laptop ASAP.


Please help.

thanks for reaching out to the community !


It's seems you might have created 2 accounts, first one a free account and the second is premium.

As you're trying to log in, details must have been mixed or typed incorrectly.


Please use this help guide on finding accounts to make sure your using the right details and eliminate the option of a second account.

In addition, use this help guide on possible reasons for a premium account not to work properly.
