My Question or Issue

Almost four weeks ago, I applied for the promotion and I was even eligible because I've never done one of these promotions before. I was able to get the email that says "Your Google Home Mini is available" so I went through the whole process and I was even able to checkout on the Google store with the free mini. Afterwards, I never got a confirmation email about the order and there's no history in my orders on my Google account. I reached out to Google and here's what they told me:Spotify.JPGThis just looks like I'm not going to end up being able to fully enjoy the promotion at all because it says my account is ineligible for redeeming it.

This is an odd one, there is nothing I can do, and this kinda a google issue, but, I would never want to send you right back, so how about giving the direct Spotify customer service line a try here:

* Note that if you are going submit a contact form (instead of sending a DM on Twitter), make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
