My Question or Issue

Hello, 

I’m trying to subscribe to Spotify premium individual and the website won’t let me. I thought it might be because I’m signing into the same account on my iPad, so I tried signing up to Spotify duo, and that didn’t work either. 

Where or how can I get some help?

Hello @Sheilamawn!

Can you let me know if you're trying to purchase Premium from Quebec? If so, due to local laws, users aren't able to purchase free trials (which show in the Premium website). You should be able to purchase Premium from here though.
