Spotify charging twice in a month

My Question or Issue

 

I paid for premium sep 9th and now my account is back to free because I don't pay second time this month. I'm not paying for different accounts and I didn't recently upgrade og downgrade the one I have. The money was gone sep 9th so the payment went through. It took 2 weeks and I started getting mail and messages from Spotify to update my payment or else sub will be cancelled. I didn't because I literally just paid for it not even a month ago. So fix it spotify. We're supposed to pay once a month not twice.

Did you even read my post? I wasn't charged twice, but Spotify wanted to.
Now my account is free, with commercials and all and it's supposed to be
premium for a month, which means until October 9th.
