My Question or Issue

I just changed to Spotify duo and sent an invitation to my son. When he clicks on the link he is asked to create an account. What he ends up with is a free account. He is supposed to verify that he is loving at the same address as me. But where do we do that?

I would recommend logging in to the account first before clicking the link.

1. Advise your son to login to his Spotify account
2. Generate the link and have him click on it while he is logged in to his account.
3. You son needs to accept the terms and conditions, and make sure to input the correct address to complete joining your duo plan.

If that did not work, have him login to a incognito or private browser.
