Student Discount Problem

Hi! I just get my student discount, the price has alredy been charged to my credit card and I get my confirmation email from SheerID that approves that i'm currently in a college program. Altought, when I try to complete the suscription, I recieve an error message. ¿Do you know what do I have to do?. I'm from Colombia, if it helps.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

In this case, it'd be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the error message you see. Just make sure that it doesn't include any private/sensitive info.

 

Further, just to confirm, does this also persist if you follow the steps provided in the SheerID email in an incognito or private window in your browser?
