Hi, I was charged, but my student id couldn't be verified, I've been reading that it takes few days to refund it, but I want to know if the refund applies to the debit cards too, because I recieved the email about the id last friday and I haven't been refund yet. Thank you.

Hi vrli,

 

Sorry to hear you haven't recieved your refund yet, what payment method did you use, PayPal or directly via your debit card? If the funds were removed from your account, then it will be able to get refunded, hopefully it will be refunded soon however it may not be until your Student ID is verified.

hello, i was using premium, but as i heard of student discount i cancelled it and filled the form for student discount with attaching all required documents. spotify was supposed to reach back in 3 days but they didn't. i couldn't get valuable information to reach them directly. kindly help me with this.
