Student discount

I want to get premium but the message is that my student details are being used by another account. I have no knowledge of this and don't know how to resolve. Can you help please.

Hey!

Sorry to hear you've had some issues getting setup.

I'd recommend you follow this article to see if you've got any other Spotify accounts you're forgetting about, that way there's no need to resetup the Student discount. 

If that doesn't work, you contact Spotify support (you can do this here, or via Twitter here) they'll be able to assist you with either finding the account it's linked to or separating the two.
