Subscribed, Premium not showing

Subscribed, Premium not showing

So I've subscribed to Spotify a while now, subscription renews every 14th of the month.

 

Six days ago, my smartphone app (on a Sony Xperia XZ) and my desktop app both show I have a free account. I've not changed any settings.

 

I've signed out of everywhere and logged in again. I've revoked access and set it up again. I've cleared my cache.

 

The only thing different this month is when my £9.99 payment went out of my bank account as usual (pay by debit card), I didn't get an email receipt. I got a receipt in May 2017.

 

I've been in Twitter DM contact with @SpotifyCares but I'm getting no real feedback, just that the tech people are looking into it and that was two days ago, after first reporting it on 21st June.

 

Really struggling to find reasons not to cancel - missing downloading music, extreme quality playback, fed up of adverts, fed up of not being able to skip tracks etc - everything you get used to when you pay up!

 

Any ideas?

Hey @aleks36, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like you have an extra account that's Free. Make sure you're logging into the app with the same login info you're using when you log into your Account Overview.
