Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

 Hi,

I paid for premium subscription, but the account is still free. I attached the payment receipt. Please help, pleeaasee...  thanks

Hey @user-removed,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I did not receive any receipt sent to my email. Is there any other way to
clarify whether im subscribed to premium or not?

please take a look at this survey. This should point you in the right direction.

You should also try to log out and in again and a clean reinstall of your Spotify app, like it's shown here.
