I haven’t used Spotify in moths and I didn’t realize that y’all had my account on auto renewal but I pay for another music service so I’d it possible I can get my money back

I sadly believe that you can't get your money back because it's a subscription, it stays "alive" until you disable the payment system. anyway you can open a ticket here :
