Switching from yearly subscription to family plan

Hello,

I have a yearly subscription that has about 9 months remaining. However, my family recently got the family subscription (as it became available in our country).

I would like to know if there's a way I can upgrade to our family's joint plan without losing the money I already paid for my premium yearly subscription.

Hey @Rani2556 

 

If you are the plan owner, when upgrading your subscription to Family Premium, your remaining time on the deal will be converted to Family Premium, which will bring your renewal date forward.

 

If you're not (you're an invited subaccount), your remaining time will 'freeze' and will become available once you're out of the Family Premium.
