My Question or Issue

I've had Premium with Hulu since it was offered.   On my last payment I went to switch my credit card info using the mobie app, and It told me to switch to Premium for Family.   I must've misunderstood something, because my Hulu stopped working and I realized my mistake.   I've been trying to figure out how I can cancel my Premuim for Family and switch back to Premium wih Hulu.  I honestly on't even care about the difference of $5, but anyway i can immediately switc my plan would be much appreciated.   I'll call customer service tomorrow, but
I thought I'd ask here first.  Any help would be appreciated

Can you try switching your plan here? Once you're on that page, please click 'Get Started'. If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a closer look (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

Still didn't work.   Tried changing payment method as well.  Same error I was receiving last night.  Thank you again
