My Question or Issue:

I need to update my billing information, but it does not appear as an option when I click the subscription option on my acount page.

Hey, @angelynshapiro thanks for reaching out to the community,

 

If your trying to update your subscription information I would suggest following these steps in this article on changing your payment information. Let me know if that helped 🙂

Thanks Jack - when I open the subscription page there is not an option for payment method. Hence my query.

Hm, That is odd, can you send me a screenshot? (please leave sensitive info out).
