Update Payment Method

I can't update my payment info, I've tried literally every possible route and the website glitches out and just gives me a blank black screen with a "back" arrow and I can't message anyone for help because that screen win't load either, has this happened to anyone before? I keep getting messages on the app and on my computer about how my payment did not go thru because I changed cards recently but nothing is working...
