My Question or Issue

Hello, i have purchased a premium account on spotify, almost 2 hours ago.  In my mailbox, i received a receipt that i have payed with iDEAL. But still my spotify account is free. Can somebody help me?

Is it possible that you're logged in to the wrong Spotify account? Sometimes users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case you might have both free and Premium accounts. If you're accidentally logged in to your free account, you won't be able to see your Premium features.  

 

We suggest you head to this help page. Make sure you check all the troubleshooting steps and especially the ones for finding other accounts.

 

If you can't locate a Premium account after checking these steps, it's best to get in touch with iDEAL here to check if your transaction was successful.
