My Question or Issue

 I purchased a Visa Gift card to buy a student membership bundle with Hulu and showtime, and I put $20 on the card. I know the card is activated and working, but everytime I try to pay for my premium membership, a red banner pops up and says “something went wrong.” Has anyone else had this happen to them? And can I fix it?
