Premium for students

In my subscription details it says I have premium for students since I'm a college student. But I got charged 10 dollars instead of the 5 that it should be. How to I get my money back/zoo around fixing this issue?

Just checked my account and looks like im being charged for premium allthough I have checked my two accounts and none of the are premium. Can I somehow trace the payment to a spotify-account?

My son has a student premium account. I wish to set up a family account and invite him as it will work out cheaper. What is the correct procedure? Do I cancel his Direct Debit? He's worried he'll lose all his playlists too when he switches over!
