duo abonnement

Ik heb samen met mijn dochter al een drietal maanden een duo-abonnement.

Ik zelf ben beheerder. Ik was van de veronderstelling als ik een duo-abonnement neem dat mijn dochter dezelfde voordelen heeft als een premium-account.  Maar dit is niet zo. Ze krijgt nog steeds reclame, ze kan niet terugspoelen en doorspoelen. Ze kan haar wachtrij niet aanpassen.  We hebben gecheckt of ze goed was aangemeld. Dit is het geval want ze staat mee in mijn account. 

Aan wat zou dit kunnen liggen.  Is het instelling of moeten we het verder zoeken.

Sorry to see you've been facing such an issue. Hope you don't mind us replying in English.
The Spotify Duo plan combines two separate Spotify accounts, that both have the Spotify Premium features.

Limited app functions or ads that interrupt the music playback should not be a thing in this case. 
This continues to make me think that this could be an account-related issue as this sounds like the behaviour of an account on the free tier - in case you wish to doublecheck if the account that you're using is the correct second account, keep in mind that you can manage the members of your plan by removing and adding them here. 

If the second account is indeed the correct one - your daughter can log out of the app and back in twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of all her settings and data.
