payment method

on the day for payment, i havent got any money on my account. and now i have money but i cant pay iam having a massage that keep saying my payment method is failed. but i use same credit card for payment for a year.. 

 

how can i pay?

Please make sure your card meets all the requirements to purchase Spotify Premium.

Also, you should take a look at this support site, follow the troubleshooting there, and try a different payment method as a last resource.

Hey @user-removed,

Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I tried all of them. still no payment.

 

a lot of different credit and debit card and browser and connection.
