My Question or Issue

I’ve tried starting my 1 month of premium for free trial but it doesn’t let me. It says I’ve already done it but I have never used premium on this account.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

If you’re having trouble signing up to an introductory offer, remember that you won’t be eligible if you’ve already had or tried Premium in the past. 

 

We suggest you first check this help page to find out if you've used Premium before. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick, make sure you contact your payment service provider in order to check the status of the transaction you attempted to make.
