Can't access play queue

Can't access play queue

I'm trying to access my play queue but the app won't let me? I can see the button next to the share button but it's greyed out so I can't click it? Any ideas why or how to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Sorry to hear that the Queue button isn't working.

 

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling the latest release.

  • Device model, OS version and exact Spotify version.

Could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried? That way we can avoid repeating any steps.

 

We suggest that you try performing a clean reinstall of the app as @Alex mentioned above, if you haven't already, to see if that makes the difference.

queue is not shown on my phone(Android-oneplus) but it's shown on my iPad pro

Looks like you're experiencing an Ongoing issue. It's best you go to this thread, add your +Vote, and subscribe to get notified when there is any development on the matter. Our teams are currently investigating why this is happening, but for the moment we don't have an exact timeframe for a fix.

A similar issue is going on with me, the queue option isn't even showing up on my android (realme) phone but it is showing up on my android laptop... i have updated, force stopped and restarted the app already, still not working

Hi @ITSME7037,

 

Sounds like you're using the Free version of Spotify. The mobile app doesn't support the Queue feature for Free users, but you can still view it if you're logged in on the desktop app or the Web Player.
