Correcting Playback History After Hacking

My Question or Issue

I realized that my account was being accessed by someone without permission. I’ve changed my password and removed the unauthorized access/devices, but I want to remove their activity from my account playback history. I Googled and it looks like this functionality was removed in a recent update. What can I do?

The best thing to do in this situation is to reach out directly to our customer support teams through one of the channels here. They'll be able to restore your account activity to a point prior to the hacking. It's a good idea to have your payment info or receipts at hand, in order to get verified as the rightful account owner.
