Local Files not appearing on iOS

Hi I need help!

I have Spotify Premium, I'm in Canada and my desktop device is an hp laptop, and my mobile device is a iPhone 7. My laptop runs on Windows 11, and my iPhone is up to date (iOS 15).

So, I have downloaded songs onto spotify via local files before, and I have listened to them from both my laptop and phone, and it always works perfectly fine. However, today I put a song into my local files and when I put it in my playlists I could listen to it only on my laptop, and it did not allow me to listen to it on my phone. This was weird because all of my other local file songs are downloaded and work perfectly fine on both my laptop and phone. Also no matter what I do it won't let me download that specific song on my phone. 

I saw that people have posted about this happening with their Android devices but it happened to me as well but I have iOS. Please help!Mobile ScreenshotLaptop Screenshot

I have 228 local mp3 files on my desktop Spotify. I shared these over to my iPhone through Apple's "Apple Devices" app which transferred successfully. I have all 228 mp3 files on my iPhone's files app under the Spotify folder, but only 223 of these files are actually showing in my iPhone's local files folder in the Spotify app. 5 mp3 files are not showing in the local files folder. I've looked at the files on my PC and can't find any differences between files that register and the files that are not registering into Spotify. There are also songs which are from the same album and share many similarities but for e.g. two songs out of 8 of the same album are not showing in spotify.

I added local files onto my desktop, but they don’t show up on my iPhone. I’ve tried to add them to the spotify folder in my files on my phone and that did not work. They won’t sync and i’m on the same wifi on both devices. I made a separate playlist and added them but on the phone the songs are greyed out and it tells me that I can sync them from my computer (which hasn’t been working) and when i click learn more nothing happens.
