Playlist Missing Songs

I copied over my entire Spotify Liked Songs Library over to a playlist and confirmed that the total 4,507 songs were copied to the playlist. Did this via the Mac Spotify app.

After I did that, I cleared my Liked Songs today, and revisited the playlist, only to find...the playlist empty. Oddly enough, some of the songs are showing up in the playlist on the web version of Spotify, but maybe only 5% of them. Am I missing something? Is there any way to get them back?

Sounds like you might be experiencing this Ongoing Issue here. I'd suggest you add your info to that thread, subscribe and add your +Vote to stay updated with any development.

Can you clarify if your Liked Songs are now all deleted? It would also be helpful to check if you see the songs in the playlist you created on any other device that you have? Note that if you transfer thousands of songs sometimes it might take a few hours for a playlist to update.
