[Playlists] Private Shared Playlists

I have a playlist that both my husband and I use for when we're in the car or listening to music around the house.

As only the way I have seen to be able to add him is to make the playlist public; we sometimes have random people joining and adding music to the playlist without us knowing.

Spotify should have a way to have a shared playlist, but still keep it private between only those invited to contribute to the playlist, so random people can't come and add music themselves.
