My Question or Issue
Hi! A few weeks ago I noticed all of my playlists had been removed from the Your Library tab. When I go to my profile, playlists I have made before are still there, but nothing is showing up in my actual library. When I search for different keywords, my liked or created playlists appear, but I cannot remember all the names to different playlists I have made / know if there's a way to get these searched results to appear in the general category of My Library once again. I have cleared my cache, logged in and out of Spotify, deleted and redownloaded the app, and checked to see if any of my playlists were deleted and could be recovered (they weren't) but nothing has seemed to work. Would greatly appreciate any leads to this issue!!! Thanks in advance.

This sounds really odd and since you mentioned some of your playlists are visible on your profile, this makes me think the issue might be with the Your Library section itself. Can you make sure there aren't any filters selected when you go to Your Library, as well as try tapping on Playlists to see if that would bring them up? One more thing that could be causing issues is the playlist count, do you happen to have a lot?
I also see you included two devices in your post, does this happen on both of them? What about the Web Player? Just to confirm you're logged in the correct account - when you were trying to see the playlists on your profile, did you search for it manually or did you open it from the profile picture icon in the app? You mentioned reinstalling the app, but it might also be worth performing a clean reinstall to make sure any damaged cache is removed.

Hi! Thanks for your response. No, there are no filters selected when I go to my library, and when I tap on Playlists only playlists I have made after this whole issue occured appear. I don't see any prior playlists I have made. I do have a lot of playlists, is there a specific count where this issue would occur?
This issue also happens on both of my accounts, as well as the web player. I am logged into the correct account. When I was trying to see the playlists, I manually searched for them. I also performed a clean reinstall prior and the playlists were still gone...

There is no set limit that would make playlists disappear from your library when having too many, but if you have thousands for example, the app’s performance may degrade and not all playlists may be loaded or displayed at once. Since you mention it happens on all devices and a clean reinstall made no difference, this is most likely what's happening. You could try reducing the number of playlists from your profile to see if that helps.
