missing features premium

So I recently upgraded to premium and lost a feature I really enjoyed using. it is the mood / genre filter in liked songs and it disappearing is a huge loss for me. and the DJ feature premium promised isn't there either. Yes even with smart shuffle off it doesn't show.

Hey @Shazni2006,

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to see that the genre & mood filters have disappeared on your end.

Try clearing your app's cached data as shown here and log out of the app and back in after this twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of all your settings and data. If this doesn't do the trick, see if going though the steps for a complete clean reinstall of the app would make a difference.

Note that these features are still being rolled out, so in case you've changed countries prior to upgrading to Premium or if you're using any VPN services, they might not appear for you. The genre & mood filters are currently available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. You can read more about the feature and its availability in this Newsroom article.
