App not completely removed iphone

Removed the spotify App from my iphone. Now there are still parts of the app on my Phone. Cannot install app again because it says open instead of download. App is having a weird pictogram and i removed it, but it is still coming back. In the iphone storage its not listed. How can i fix it ???

I'm going to list here some important steps that you can also find in this article in case you want to visit too.
Have you already tried these steps below before uninstalling the app? If not, I recommend you to try the following steps, they might help you to fix the issue you're facing on your device.

1. Open Spotify. In the app's settings (you can access them by going to Home and then tapping the gear icon in the top right corner), tap Storage then Delete Cache.
2. Head to your device's Settings, then tap General.
3. Tap iPhone Storage.
4. Select Spotify from the list of apps.
5. Tap Offload the app and confirm. This will delete the app but its documents data will be kept.
6. Then tap Delete App and confirm. This action should delete any leftover documents and data.
7. Now, check if this process worked for you by downloading Spotify again from App Store.

Spotify is already removed, but cannot install new one because the phone thinks Spotify is still there. If i want to download the button says open instead of download. It seems the de-install is not gone correctly. When restarting the phone i get a empty spotify icon. The i click on remove app and it says removed. Problem is not all is removed probably because the empty icon is back.

i dont want to reinstall my complete phone. It seems there are some bits of data from spotify are hidden in phone memory so it thinks spotify is still installed.

The steps above aren't related to clean reinstall on your phone, it's related to a clean reinstall of the Spotify app. Rest assured, for now, try following the steps I've mentioned and tell us if it works for you.

Steps dont work, as i mentioned in the previous post. Cant install or deinstall the spotify app. App is not on my phone but appstore thinks it is still there. When deinstlli g something went wrong. Think there are some parts of the app are not removed from the phone. So i want to clean up all parts of the mutilated spotify app.

So far, it seems like the issue is generating from the phone itself. If you already followed the guide that @MateusM shared to remove any leftover data from the phone, then please follow these steps to disable restrictions for deleting apps:

1. Tap Settings from the Home screen.
2. Tap Screen Time.
3. Select Content & Privacy Restrictions.
4. Then tap the switch next to Content & Privacy.
5. Tap Allowed apps.
6. Then search for the Spotify app and disable the restrictions.
7. Restart the phone and try to delete the app again.
