Cant listen music from local files

I have spotify Premium, version 8.6.52.1200

Country: Latvia

Iphone12

As everyone else I cant listen music from my local files. I have reinstalled app on pc and iphone. I have plenty of space on phone. Dont have any cache cleaners. I downloaded music from youtube to mp3 files and added files to spotify folder. I have redownloaded songs, deleted them and added them back, but without result. Previously I had iphone 7 and all worked fine, but with later updates all went down hill. Now with iphone 12 I want to listen music again, but nothing is working. I checked all forums, but still no result. 
Also I added screens and pics for settings from iphone and desktop

Please take into account that files or downloads from illegal sources are not supported and we can't guarantee they will work.

With this said, we suggest you run a clean reinstall of the mobile and desktop app. This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

I did it.Solved it myself! Thank you for your solution, but in my case, the solution was from 2016 post.
