Library download bubble missing

Using Premium (9.1.72.1896) on iPhone 17 Pro in UK. IOS 26.6

My Question or Issue

when I go to Your Library I see the playlist/podcast/Album/Audiobook bubbles but I no longer see the DOWNLOADED bubble. I know by going into airplane mode I have downloaded material. So under normal viewing circumstances I can not filter them. So far I have tried to:

Clear the cache

Log out and log in (twice)

Reinstalled the app

Nothing has worked. 

What am I missing?

The "Downloaded" filter is dynamic and will completely disappear if the app thinks you have no downloads at the moment. Since you mentioned reinstalling the app, it could be possible that the ones you already had were removed when you did that. We'd recommend the following to see if the filter will appear:

1. Go to any album/playlist you want to download
2. Look for the downward arrow icon (the download button) below the title
3. If it's not green (or filled in), tap it to download the content. Once that's done, check if the filter bubble will reappear in Your Library
