My Question or Issue
When I attempt to see concerts via Live Events, the feature fails to load. This is happening on my iPhone app, Windows desktop app and also in the browser. I first experienced this on my phone so I attempted to log out and back in. I also attempted logging out and deleting the app.
On the app I get the message, "Something went wrong"
On the browser I get the message, "Something went wrong while loading the concerts."
On the desktop app I get the message, "Something went wrong while loading the concerts."
Hey there @blakeadkins_,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
We tried this on our end, but we couldn't replicate it. In this case, would you mind trying if the same happens if you use a different internet connection?
On another note, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your devices to see if the same happens with a different account?
We'll be on the lookout.
Same is happening to me, apparently after I sign out my account in all the devices
Hey @josek2k,
Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
In this case, we'd like to gather as mush info as possible. Can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of the affected devices?
On another note, would you mind checking what @Eni mentioned above?
Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
Keep us in the loop!
I, too, am getting the error message on the app. I’ve tried signing out then back in and still. However, the Live Events tab is funcional when signing in on my browser. I am using iOS
Hey @KSoLo_264,
Thank you for reaching out here in the Community!
Have you tried recreating this issue on another mobile device? If a friend or a family member has a Spotify app installed, it could be a good idea to try logging in on their device to see if you'll be able to see Live Events tab.
Additionally, we always recommend logging out and then logging back in two times in a row on your phone. It sounds a bit odd, but it forces a sync between the account and your device. Don't forget to give your phone a quick restart when you log out as well.
On another note, could you let us know if this happens when you set Live Events location to a specific one?
We'll be on the lookout.
