Local Files Folder

hey! So I have an IPhone 14 and I have a family plan for premium.

recently, I tried to get the local files folder to work so that I can listen to some of my own music. However, no matter what I do this folder will not show up. Why?

Can I get some help? Yes, I turned on the setting needed for it.
