Lock screen Widget Translucent

My Question or Issue

Spotify lock screen widget appears as a blank translucent box on one iPhone. It happens on every lock screen on that device. I’ve already removed and re-added the widget, restarted the phone, and reinstalled Spotify, but the issue stays the same. My iPhone software version is 26.6.1 and my Spotify app version is 9.1.78.2214. I’ve attached a screenshot. The widget works normally on another iPhone, so this seems limited to this device.

Are you using Liquid Glass or tinted icons for your iPhone? In your iOS settings > Display & Brightness > Liquid Glass, check if switching between 'Clear' and 'Tinted' makes a difference. 

Some other things you can try are:

• Log out of the Spotify app, then sign back in;
• Ensure that 'Devices Lock Screen' is turned on in the app's settings;
• Turn on lock screen notifications in your device settings.
