New iPhone issues

I just got a new iphone 6 and had an icloud backup restored onto it. When i first started up spotify on it, it started downloading all the offline playlists that I have, which was cool. A lot of these playlists ended up having offline tracks that I had added by syncing my phone and laptop or phone and desktop  using the spotify windows and mac apps. Unfortunately, I am little messy and dont have all my music on a single computer.

Anyway...once spotify downloaded all the tracks it needed to, I tried sync'ing the phone with my laptop and my desktop.  It did sync some stuff, but definitely not all of it. The songs still appear in the playlists on my phone, but when I click on them, nothing happens.I tried un-checking playlists in the windows app, sync'ing, re-checking the playlists, and then re-sync'ing and still cannot play a bunch of offline tracks on my phone. I started deleting some stuff from my phone, thinking I could just re-add the playlist again, but that change made the playlist on my desktop application disappear! I don't know what to do at this point. I really dont want to have to rebuild all my playlists from scratch again.

Any suggestions???

Hi! Welcome to the Spotify Community! Sorry you're experiencing this problem.

Are the songs greyed out? I know it may sound stupid.

I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF SPOTIFY AB. I am just a thirteen year old child trying to help out. I am not paid to help or say any views of Spotify AB or any of it's affiliates, so the least that you could do is share some kudos, or, if I helped you out, mark my post as a solution. It makes me all fuzzy inside

No. They look exactly the same as the other songs on my phone.
