Not recognizing premium on iOS

Not recognizing premium on iOS

See title. Been re-installing the app, turning the phone off and on, logging in and out and nothing seems to be working. Premium works fine on my desktop but I don't have any of the premium features on my phone, which I use 95% of the time with Spotify. Help is appreciated, getting really frusturated with the whole thing.

Are you definitely logging in using the correct details? 

Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two seperate accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and another with your Facebook details.

Would you be able to confirm your account is showing as premium on your online overview and your next payment date is in the future?

@masonlove -- your Premium subscription is on an account that was created via Facebook, so it'll be your Facebook details you'll need to use to log into Spotify. If you're seeing 48 playlists, you're in the right account.
